Online customers please note:
In order to save our customers on postage, we have always used Royal Mail for smaller orders and have been happy that by sending parcels First Class, they are usually received the following day, however recently we have had a few instances where the postman has failed to leave a collection card. This means your parcel sits at the depot and you are unaware. Sometimes it eventually finds its way back to us - sometimes not.
If you receive an email saying we have sent the parcel and it does not arrive in a day or two, please check at your local depot in case it is there. If a week elapses and it has not arrived, nor been found at the depot, please let us know by email.
If this continues to happen, we may be forced to send all parcels out by Special Delivery which would unfortunately put our postage prices up.
